Conciliation is a process of enabling parties to reach agreement on matters in dispute. At the end of conciliation, you should feel that there has been no 'winner' or 'loser', but that you have come to an arrangement that you can all live with. Conciliation can help to reduce stress, anger and misunderstandings and improve communication between you and the other party. We provide conciliation and mediation to private clients (individuals and couples) and to corporate clients.

Mediation has similar qualities to conciliation, but with additional input from the mediator to advise as to the content of the agreement.
